It's 1 a.m. in Raleigh and I'm excited and ready to depart for NYC in 5 hours. I was talking to my time travel professor today about the trip and since he apparently had a good deal of experience traveling there (he lived there for a little bit) he had some good restaurant advice. I'm hoping to go to this really authentic, old-school pizza place under the Brooklyn Bridge area. It starts with a "g" and I'm sure I'll remember the name if I see it. Also, my time travel professor seemed to have a really good grasp on barbq places in N.C. Oh, and yeah, the presentation at Wake Forest went well, the campus isn't anything special and it looks dead - no students walking around or anything. But anyway, It looks like the "school bus" will be coming by to pick me up soon, so I'm gonna try to get a few hours of zzz's....
Next Blog in NYC! (and with photos too!)
